in City of Heroes
I think ive heard it mention that we can fly in City of heros but how exactly is it working is t just we are up and mioveing around like if we are on the ground or do we have to select where we want to fly to ?

    It all depends what LvL of flying you have. I've heard rumors that there are different LvLs of flying. One of them, I believe the first one you can obtain, is really slow. It takes forever to get anywhere but you can actually land on top of skycrapers and stuff. Once you get a better form I'm sure you fly either as fast or faster as the run speed in game. Sorry that's all I've really hear maybe someone else can give you more info. TTyL TTFN!

    You might want to check out this page: http://www.coh.com/features/archetypes_scrapper_page3.html on the official CoH website.  It's not much, but it's a small clue as to how it will work.  Unfortunately, it's not featuring flying, but it does illustrate the concept of the power pool.  The Power Pool is separate from the Power Set you choose based on your archetype.  Within each power pool set are options for what you want, based (as stated above) on how far you've come.

    Bottom line, no one is going to be able to fly right away, but there should be several options available that you'll be able to use to get your hero where you want ;)

    wait i have a question, is the whole thing just in like 1 city where all these ppl are flying around, cuz thats the conclusion im coming to when looking at the screens...image

    Kind of...  it's set up into zones.  Try this link about the geography of Paragon City. The drop down menu will give you more options if you want more than the summary :)

    No theres different cities.  You select the power to fly when you want to fly.
