Severely Disappointing -- Major Incompatibility Issue

When I first heard about this game, it looked like it would be lots of fun. The two hours of download, absurdly slow pathcing, eventual manual patching, and all that delay didn't frustrate me too much. I was still fine with the game.
Then, when I finally get it working, it crashes out. I go to the Tech Support forum website and what do I learn?
A new Anti-Hack program they began using a month or so ago is completely incompatible with Windows XP 64 bit users. There is no fix, there is no legal work around, it is simply impossible to play on 64 bit XP.
That affects a huge number of people, including me, and they have a complaint thread just sitting there, but after 3-4 weeks the players have still heard no response about the issue and the Devs signed a long-term contract with the Anti-Hack program's provider.
This game could have been so much fun, but now it's obvious that the Devs are just like all the other lame ones who never actually care about their community. I'm disappointed.

The thing is even if you get the game working after the pain in the rear patching system be prepared for alot of lag and crashes to desktop, especially if you have less than DSL connection. I personally have a 16mb cable connection and still experience crashes and severe lag.
The lag is terrible. Don't expect the company to be helpful since they don't have any support for the players. A 16yo is replying on tech forum so you can get the picture, no support whatsoever.

If you still want to play this game on 64bit XP, contact someone in game, I am sure some people do know how to run it. They do know how to run this game on 64bit XP when the GMs (the one and only Xarfox) says is not possible.
What can you expect from a noob GM like Xarfox.
You know I have been called alot of things in my life, but never a 16 year old. Well just to let you know since your more then likely the one that PM'ed me in game to get me to come to this site. Thank you by the way. I will tell you here and now. I'm 31 years old, I hold a full time job, and still manage to help out the forums as best as I can. I don't have alot of info to go on, to make things work, and sorry I'm not Harry Potter, and can wave a wand to fix every issue out there. I do the best I can with what I have, and I still continue to look up info, on fixing issues, and if I can't find it I send it to the GM's to ask the developers. I'm sorry if my best (at this point) is not good enough for you. I do continue to try and better myself as a moderator. It's a thankless job I do for the community, I don't except thanks, but am happy when I do get it.

GM are not supposed to ban some and let others do what they like. Sorry but his goes on constantly with mr. Xarfox - Not to mention the fact that he takes Nation sides. Galanet does not have Xarfox around to solve any problems because he does not answer PMs or deal with violations unless he is personally bothered. The worst thing is he will LIE like a DOG in forums - That is frustrating - and where are the PLAYERS defending Xarfox HUH? I seriously doubt you do anything for free for SCO, I'm sure you are getting something out of it. So many People would not have taken the time to post here if these things were not true. I have heard hundreds of complaints about these same issues so please don't get on this forum and act like we are all dillutional. Thanks
PS: Locking forum threads to stop other people from voicing their complaints, Banning people for voicing their complaints. What a shamefull thing to do if you respect freedom of speech.
PSS: Since you do so much for the community, why don't you come cut my lawn I live in Florida too? Oh wait never mind - You problably suck at that too! SCO hired a Mod that does not know what he is doing or how he really feels about SCO(16yo or Not). Hmm? why I'm I not surprised?

I don't think this is representative of all the GMs. I think you can change the 60-bit thing in "compatibility settings," also. But don't assume that a bad GM, or a technical problem, means that the devs don't care about their community. While it may be true, it's a premature conclusion.
