Hey can someone answer a few things for me?

Just a few questions to ask. I have been playing for a week or more now and confused on some stuff.



1) How do you train the Basic Clan meditation (I'm in brotherhood of thieves). I'm told to go to the training ground to train this skill, yet I see no way to train it. It's still a gray block to me saying that I must train in it first? None of the NPC offers any help. (I'm lvl 14 now)

 

2) I'm trained in spears, but can I also train swords and get specials from other clans?

    That's about it for now.
    1. Clan meditation is a chi-kung skill and has to be trained in a different area. Somewhere near the combat dummies, should be an area with circles on the ground/floor (Im not sure exactly where, i haven't play a thief yet). But click on one of the circles and you will be able to train there.



    2. Just keep training in spears...Once you get to OC1 and a student in your school, you will be able to choose a class. When you choose your class you can completely re-stat into whatever skills/weapons you want. Also, the new skills you get will be usable with any weapon.

    Im in the thieves clan as well, is spear the best to train in for them? i've been doing axe.  When do you get to choose a class as well?

    BoT is kinda cool because it lets you in so early compaired to the other clans.  The Ku Chi skills train on the little pads up the hill to the north of the main training area.  It works similar to training the martial Kung Fu, but you just keep the little blue dot in the red zone by clicking left and right mouse buttons.



    As far as choosing your class, immediately following your Chi Breathing at Gathering Chi 12 (100%), you will ding Opening Chi 1.  At that point you return to your clan, if not already there, and you will be given your choice of profession.



    Axes vs spears is preference.  I did an Armored Bandit (mage), so I use bracers, but it seems spears are the BoT's defining weapon even though a lot of people seem to be using axes.

    well you went to all that work for nothing now i guess, such a shame
