The Elder Scrolls V: Online?

The other day my friend told me that he heard about the next Elder Scrolls game (the one supposedly coming after Oblivion: Shivering Isles) being a online game/MMORPG.

Anyone got any idea if it's true? if so, does anyone think it will be good?  Because i loved IV: Oblivion, but im not sure how a game like that would be as a MMORPG.

    i dont know you could search for fourms on google or dogpile... other than that if i find something about the game ill tell you
