Horizons Giveaway country detection

Maybe it's just me, but whenever I click the banner of the Horizons Contest, I'm directed to a page which seems to be for North American players, while I'm logging from Europe. Is this "working as intended"?

    This would most likely be happening because your profile says you are in the USA. If you wish to enter the European contest please update your profile in Account Settings.
