Granado Espada is certainly one of the best looking MMORPG's out there.

Outside of the city, my favorite screenshot.

The same gate, but only taken from inside the city.

Taken from a bridge, notice the reflection of the buildings in the water

Taken inside a diffrent city, this will be the city you start in. This is also where I learned how to hide the interface hehe.

Taken outside the city, one my favorite's. The characters performing a simple pose.

Huge statue under construction, took me quite some time to fit inside the screen

I really liked the detail of this room, especially compared to the blandness of WoW's environment:

I´m amazed by the looks of this game, and especially by how my framerate barely drop at all even with 90(since everyone has 3 at the same time) or so characters around. And in some places I have been around ~30 chars + 30-40 mobs and spell effects etc and it´s smooth as a newborns butt... simply amazed as I said :P

Whoa Gameloading you're gamma appears to be WAY too high as it's washing the graphics out, n00biewan's look much better to me.

One thing I noticed is that there seems to be a complete absense of realtime shadowing, characters just have a little grey blob below their feet. It removes a lot of atmosphere from the graphics when there's no shadows.

Ya I noticed too. I don't think thier high-end client is done yet. One of the features of this game was dual clients being built. 1 Low end and 1 High End. The screens I have seen in game on the bench pretty much match the poly count of the Low-End client. However, in the next update they have graphical engine upgrades, and I think they introduce the high-end.

I know, I have no idea whats wrong. I put Gamma all the way down.

I know, I have no idea whats wrong. I put Gamma all the way down.

Change the gamma on video-files/settings in driver settings.(For Nvidia its in the Nvidia control panel-> "video & tv settings"-> "adjust video colors", mark the square with "use settings for all videotechnologies"). Solved my problem with really dark screenshots in 3d-games.

Hey Gameloading, I think the Gradation in the options menu is what's causing the light blurry problem. Try disabling that option in the menu to see if it solves anything.

Anyway - here are some of my favorite screenies:

Hah, you should see the chef standing outside in the newb town. He had pretensions of becoming a celestial being or something. You could probably use him to focus the sun's lifegiving rays and set distant enemies alight if he were properly concave.

However, you can just toggle it off. For some reason its called "Gradations" right now, I think. I assume that's a translation issue...

By the way, when you turn it off, you can see his shirt is actually stained. Hah, he thought his blinding glare would hide his clumsiness.

Of course, coming from AO, I usually find bloom a somewhat bizarre visual distortion and obliterate it in all its forms.

I am a bit put off by the limited look everyone has so far BUT I understand they are addressing it, so its cool. I want a hat at lower level, I want some sort of facial and hair customization.......
