Refresh Rate Help?

in Guild Wars

Does anyone know if there's a way to edit the refresh rate since it's blocked off in the options? My default is 60hrz and I can only change to 70, but thats still not good enough. So I'm stuck playing in window mode. Any help would be much appreciated!

    From what I have found so far, you cannnot raise it above 70...it seems there should be a way too, though....The graphics are nice though, I have to admit, especially when you crank them all the way up image

    press the "castle tower" on the right hand side. If you only have low hrz (60/70) as an option try to bring down your resulotion. it also needs to be fullscreen for the option to pop up.

    I can get up to 100 hrz on the lowest resolution.

    No, what I ment was I can only change my monitor refresh rate manually to 60 and 70hrz and then it goes out of range. Guild Wars' options menu has the refresh rate blocked off completly, so I can't change it at all. So I'm assuming the default refresh rate in Guild Wars is locked at a higher refresh rate then my monitor can handle. So I was wondering if there's some way around this so that I can play in full screen mode.
