This game is awesome! I like it very very much.. the thing is that can't advance much without knowing the basics! 
Im level 7 human right now, I still haven't figured out how to learn new skills. Fly, ride, crafting... etc!
For the quests, i can manage slowly.
I shouted many times if someone could help me ingame.. but no one answered

If you want to get a patch that translate the text into English check out the link below. It worked great for me and I was able to play the game much easier
At least until the English language version is out.
