Having a slight problem and getting annoyed.

I downloaded the 9 Dragons install client thingy (hopefully it's okay that I say that O.o) and uh.. it didn't work when I tried installing it, my computer just froze.
So then I decided to just delete it.
And that freezes my computer, too. Every time I right-click it or try to do something with it, my computer freezes.
Is there any way for me to get rid of this damn thing?

maybe you have not completet the download (even if it says ~752 MB)... You can delete the file with tolal comander or with ms-dos prompt.
Come on... Give me a break!
