    on non pvp servers you can fight other people at anytime in the bloody plains and conquerer's cave. there is also a special black vs white war held on saturdays and in the future, a storm vs storm which is basically hero bands (guilds) banding together to take over a certain area.

    9 dragons also has a dedicated pvp  server asura, i'm not sure how it works have not played on that server myself.

    It's like Nirvana or Bardo but The lv3+ maps are pk maps.

    in the asura server, you just have to click on the person, pull down the menu, and request a dual.  worked so far for me.
