Looking for this kinda game.......

Im looking for a game, I dont care if its fantasy, sci fi, or whatnot. It has to be free, or buy it in stores, and massively multiplayer. I dont care about the graphics, not like conquer online, but Endless Online kind of 2d, or 3d. Has to have marriage systems, and player-owned houses. Please just throw out a list of games that are like that, I dont really like PvP very much, so please throwout some games that are like that. Thanks a bunch!

    not real specific about what you're looking for but SWG which is a pay to play game has a housing system and you can get married in game. UO might too, but i'm not positive about that.
