Make WoW 2 Have better graphics. Thats about it, the rest of the game is awesome. O and reset everything in WoW 2 so that it isnt so cluttered like the current game. Way to much stuff to do in WoW atm
Lol no way there will be WoW2, I bet they're working on some other MMoRPG at the moment, and WoW is still gonna be running well for the next couple of years!

Graphics are good or bad based on the viewer. You may not like them, but it doesn't mean they're broken.
With ~6 million people paying $15 a month = $90,000,000 a month Blizzard is bringing in. Thats $1,080,000,000 a year. I don't think WOW 2 has even been thought about...
IE: no chat channels other than speak and shout and whisper, no names with numbers or stupid names like "levelinggod" (easy to do, make it so there is an approval needed from a gm before your character can play on that server. And yea that would piss a lot of people off, but the ones who wanted to stay would stay)
Also, make it so that when you get to max level, that you can still solo. Not all people who played or still play like to raid. Make it so there are options for stuff to do. Thats what made me and many others quit, was that we soloed all along, and then at max level we had to play some other type of game!

There is no way to "fix" the game. Some people love it and some hate it, any changes you make will be liked by some and hated by some. There isn't a way to please everyone and with 8 million users, I think they've done a fairly good job at pleasing as many as possible...though I still think that they could do better.
lol are you guys crazy? of course their is going to be a World of Warcraft 2. Blizzards makes probably billions of dollars off of WoW, it just wouldn't make sense not to make a WoW 2. Obviously they are not going to make WoW 2 when WoW has millions of subs.
When WoW dies they will most likely make another genre of MMORPG ( Starcraft Universe anyone? ). not to mention all of the other non-games that blizzard will produce.
Then after the other MMO dies they will most likely go back and make WoW. Bottom line is, if a name makes money your going to see it again...often, until it stops making money. Its just common sense.
Of couse this is Blizzard so the statements above could be in a time frame of a couple hundred years

seconeded. post that idea on the wow forums suggestions, so that blizzard designers may potentially see it!
The graphics they used are blizzards trademark. Look at any game they have made IE starcraft, warcraft, They use those graphics because they still look good without requiring a very highend computer. High end graphics can kill a game and Everquest 2 is a perfect example of that.

Well thats what technology does, it advances. Upping the system requirement would only allow technology to advance every further due to the crazy amount of people that play WoW. How about adding some soft shadows or high(not extreme) polygon character models. I'm sure those aren't out of the question and Blizzard will most likely do something like this in a future expansion.

I just came back from playing LOTRO and even though that game has just been released, the character modeling and animations are still FAR better done in WoW. As are the landscapes. LOTRO's characters all look like their made of wax and the animations look odd and have very obvious flaws (try jumping backwards or watching a human male run from the side, looks retarded :P)
A high poly count in an MMO is always a bad idea and will cause it to run badly (see EQ2 or SWG) as you will usually have a lot more going on around you than in a FPS or single player game, plus a hefty netcode. The only thing they are missing from WoW's graphics is an advanced dx9 lighting engine, depending the engine they may be able to add one of those.
Making sequals to MMOs is a lazy way out. Also they rarely do well as people don't like starting from scratch, in what is basically the same game in a new shiny wrapper (EQ2 is regarded as a flop, the origional at one point was the most successful game ever).
Given the choice between the graphics in WoW and the graphics in any other MMO I've played, I'll take WoW any day. They just look so much nicer.
I played Vanguard recently. Damn, that's one ugly game. Even though my computer is well up to the recommended specs, I had to crank the settings right the way down in order to get any decent frame rate and then the game looked so ugly it was like I was playing a game from 20 years ago. Even on its lowest graphical settings, Blizzard has had the common sense to make WoW look good.
I also played LOTR. Nice looking game but oh so bland compared to WoW. Maybe the graphics are technically superior, but they look so damn ugly I don't care. Give me the nice cheerful easy on the eyes graphics in WoW any day.
As for WoW 2? One day: yes. But not until WoW 1 has died because Blizzard won't want to be in direct competition with themselves. And as WoW goes from strength to strength, I wouldn't expect a sequel for a good few years yet.

To fix a problem, you must first acknowledge it.
With Furor and Tigole been part of the problem, forget that.

Still waiting for your Holy Grail MMORPG? Interesting...
Make it KID FREE! No ZOMG, nOOb, L2P, yadda yadda generations. That will remove the hate and make it a better game.
Also remove the cartoon look.
Remove Gnomes.
Remove Belfs.
Remake all Races and make them look good!
Make a RP server that is truly an RP server.

I do like the existing graphics...but they could keep me hooked for years if they were more impressive.
