i'm having the same problem, i've tried making a couple different accounts...i keep getting an invalid username or password message on login, any help would be appreciated.
I'm getting the exact same problem. Created a new account and it tells me my user id/password is invalid.
I put in a ticket ..... I'll share what they tell me when they answer.
Did you get any response? I am in exactly the same situation, tried my existing master account, and even a new one, and still can't login. Can't read and search on the official forums either as I can't login there either.
Well, I put in a ticket on the 14th where over the course of about 6 hours it was escalated 3 times was eventually sent to a "Senior Support Representative".
I have heard nothing since then.
I have since created a new ncsoft account and am now playing the game just fine but I'ld rather have been able to use my main.
I'll let y'all know what happens if this SSR ever gets around to fixing my problem.
yep, at least thats what it did for my friend and i. we both registered at the same time, and it took between 1-2 days until we got our confirmation emails that we were in.
I'm wondering if it's just become difficult to keep up with the amount of people signing up for new accounts. What with the articles and advertising that has recently been occurring. Perhaps it was an unexpected influx of people that they weren't prepared for.

You should try again. They were having problems with a new DR account creation process. Its fixed now and should work perfectly fine. Also, it would probably be a better idea to post your problems on the DR website. Aside from a community that can answer most questions the Dev's also often post on the forums and answer what questions they can.
If you dont want to try again I can understand. Nobody likes to get burned but I dont think they intentionally made it difficult for you to get in.

Are you making sure your login and password are the ones you made for the game? Not your PlayNC account.
If you are still having problems, you should check out the PlayNC support page:

ok i sent and got a anwser from them they said what that one dude said so jsut do what he said.
i finally got in! it took a few days but i got an email saying my account with DR was created (i never sent in a ticket), and it just worked!
So you have to wait for an email? And it took 2 days?

Ok I got in with out an Email but not with a login that was the same as my NCs account.
