what is sacred fire?

so im a fire demon. i got this skill demonic madness and i cant activate it. it says i need to be in sacred fire or something like that. so i was wondering:
1) wat is sacred fire?
2) how do i get it?

Some kung fu styles requires certain items to be used/activated first before being usable. Example: beggar drunken style kung fu requires you to buy some special wine and get yourself drunk first, or the wu-tang gentle art of tea requires you to use/burn incense first to cast the spell. Check the general vendor and most of them sell the required items needed to use your skill. The items generally go up in price and the more expensive ones last longer (15 mins for cheapest and 2 hours for the most expensive ones). You can buy in bulk up to 255 a stack.
