Problem downloading English OB client

Perfect World just released an English Open Beta client, but every time I try to download it I just get a "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" message. I read over the "How to play PW in English" thread, but that seems to be information about playing a Chinese version of PW w/ an English patch - not playing the officially released English version of PW.
Anyone know where else I can download the official client or have any ideas on how to make it work?

looks like you are trying the philippines version, it is IP blocked so even if you got it running you couldnt play. unless of course you live there then i would suggest asking on their forums for technical support.
Hmmm... ok. I saw on another thread somewhere that people outside the Philippines could play it, but I guess they were wrong.
