Not passing "risk management assessment"?

Whenever I go to buy the preorder bonus pack, the site tells me that i'm not passing some risk management assessment that I can't even find information about anywhere on their site. I've tried multiple credit cards, even different card types, and it still isn't working. Any ideas?

Yeah, tried that. I've tried Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera..and still nothing.
My friend was having this problem as well. We play on the same network (our computers are right next to each other) and I purchased the pre-order first, the day before. My friend decided to purchase the pre-order as well and received the same message as you. According to him, it has something to do with an order coming from the same IP or some such within a certain amount of time (we do not share accounts however). Anyhow, we waited until 24 hours had passed since since my purchase, tried to pre-order again, and this time it went through without a hitch. We had this same problem when I purchased COV hours before him and he was once again unable to order.
Not sure if this is also your situation, but waiting a bit worked for us....
Yeah, thanks. I actually figured it might've been the same thing, so I stopped trying to pre-order and just wanted until this morning. Like you said, it worked without a hitch. The first time I entered the credit card number I messed it up, so that's why I had to re-enter it a second time and ran into the risk management thing in the first place. Thanks for the response, though.
