Horizons, where did all the mobs go

I recently went back to Horizons since they are letting us go back for free at the moment.
My characters from 03-04 where still all there. i ran all around, much has changed but most
of the places remained the same with the exception of mobs. A lot of the mobs are gone.
Why are all the mobs gone? there just seems to be a lot of empty space now.

If I recall, they made some changes, and you may have to hang around in a spot for a few minutes before anything spawns. (Memory fuzzy, but I seem to recall that... Horizons people can kick me to the floor and beat me if I am wrong.)

I tried this game some time ago.
The only thing I really liked about horizons was their character select screen. I love how you would walk down this giant corider as if you were in a museum and look at the fake habitats of each race and different music would play while you viewed them. Thought that was really cool ^_^.

It did leave room for the imagination to wonder
especially when its your first time playing the game.
I do agree with you, I like that part about Horizons as well
