What's really you want to get? A good game or a game for dial-up?
I'm recently playing a mobile MMOPRG, run both on PC, PDA and SmartPhone, maybe you can have a try for you can play it anytime and anywhere, a good choice.
Are you looking for just a game or for a game in which people really role-play?
You could try The 4th Coming. I played it a long time ago and they had RPG-Servers that where quite good. I don´t know, how it is now. They also have PvP-Servers if you are more interested in this.
I need help finding a good dial-up friendly RPG, anyone lend a hand? Thanks!!!

It´s a good game but with terrible grafics.
