Weapons for Sorcerer and Mount lvl

Hey I would like to know  if the Weapons are kool for sorcerers and at what lvl you get mounts... is it 40 like WOW?

    Cool depends on your taste, I think they are cool. You can get a mount at level 35.

    Well wolf I was wondrin is there really a point to get a mount weapon? i mean im sure it would be fun to have 1 but i would think it would be better to just ground fight.. what I mean is that .. Is there any penalties whatsoever fighting on a mount???

    I couldn't tell you, I am still running from place to place because I haven't reached level 35 yet.
