I am playing WoW right now and was wondering if there were any other really good MMORPG's for the Mac.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
(And, no, I don't want to load XP or Vista on my iMac...)

This topic comes up every now and then, and is usually met with a degree of very anti-mac people.
Sadly, not many developers write cross platform MMOs. The expense and expertise needed is higher, and often not worth it to the company. Blizzard is the exception to this however. Others like Mythic have flat out said they have no plans on porting Warhammer to the Mac. Maybe if the game takes off and they rival WoW's popularity will they gain the resources needed to port WAR to other OS's.
I personally have a MacBook Pro that I installed boot camp onto for this very reason. With the intel processor, I can now run any current MMO via WinXP. LOTRO, EQ2, CoH/V have all ran without problems. Ya, it would be nice to run it natively on Mac OSX.

lolmac.
WoW is the only one I know of.
Mac doesn't have enough gamers to cover the expenses.
Strangely enough, the only other place I've run into Mac MMORPG players was in Lineage 1..... which is still going on. Too primitive for todays gamer I would think...but I had some fun with it back in the day.

However, I do know of people who use bootcamp with great success. So, if you have an Intel mac then that might be a way to go.
