Voting for games

Please forgive my ignorance, I'm very new to these forums, but I've been wondering how the voting works on this site. On the front page there are two colums, one for the most voted for current game and one for the most voted for in production. Now I have three questions:
Where are these votes comming from?
Can I vote for my favorite games?
Where can I see a full list of games that have been voted for, and their rankings?

Just under the ad at the top of the page there's a 'Game List' button for a full list of games on the site in alphbetical order, both released and in development.
If you click on any of them, within each one there will be a 'Rating' tab for released or 'Hype' tab for those in development, clicking on these will take you to other reviews and ratings. Anyone can write a review but to rate a game you need a certain number of rating points, from posting or reviewing etc using the 'Cast Review' tab on the review page.

No offense but ehm...all the games and their forums are on the left even when you 're replying to a thread :P
Actually, no they are not. There are a lot of games in the list which don't have their forums displayed all the time. The forums do exist for them though.
