how do i plvl in flyff?

can someone please tell me how to plvl in flyff?
i started playing flyff one month ago with my friend but he lvled so fast that now hes 10 lvls above me
so hes like" of course i can can plvl you but i dont know how so please tell me

you should check flyff forums
but before i explain, plvl = a poor char I.E no penya
ok rule 1 max lvl gap is 19 lvls and more xp the higher the mobs are so say ur lvl20 highest you can party with is a lvl 39. (39 being in xp range) other members can be in a differnt area and be any lvl.
simple way is just make a party set it on lvl disbute and stay in range of fighter ( range is seeing his/her green dot on ur minimap) you will get the most of xp.
this way is better as fighter gets more xp with you just being there.
contribution party. partner with plvler and keep the party full, this way the plvler get more xp (full party bonus = higher party lvl even more bonus) and make it worth it for them ,, normally called a leacher.
TIP: you and your friend watchout on fullshout for people shouting for paired fillers = full party
type this in chat /say SHOUTERS-NAME add me plx ....
if person is more than 19lvl you will get no xp at all

Umm I'm confused.. where I come from, plvling is power-leveling, which doesn't seem to be covered here (or does plvling mean party-leveling in Flyff?).

Well, if you put it that way it can be that way, plus you need to party together to be power-leveled. From this point of view, I am aware of that only ringmaster should be power-leveled, because they're healer/supporter and not with the massive dealing damage type.
