Can't Get Hellgate: London Working...

I posted this in a different thread, but no one answered. Maybe making my own thread will help.
When I double click the Hellgate icon, it goes to that short screen with that mech warrior or whatever, goes to a black screen and goes to "Not responding." If I click the screen, the thing gets minimized and a little grey box comes up. It has 2 text areas, "Username" and a pretty big one that's not labeled.
The game won't start. I'm on Vista and even if I try running it as the administrator, nothing. Same thing happens. I also have an 8800 GTX card, so I don't think it's a matter of faulty equiptment. Actually, my whole computer is basically brand new, only being about 2 1/2 months old.
Anyone have any idea's on how to start this demo?

Are you trying to start the demo or the beta? Because the beta ended Friday morning.

Ah thanks. Didn't know there was a Hellgate forum.
I guess my chance is up if the demo ended yesterday, but what bothers me is that the actual game won't start. I've been trying since before friday and it just freezes on that black screen..
It wont work for me either, but I thought that it was due to the fact that beta was over on friday. Their main site says all forums and servers are down until their holloween launch. But feel free to correct me on that, I only got to play beta for like 2 hours. *sigh* c'mon 31st!!
The beta is over. The game will not be up and running in full mode again till the release on OCT. 31st. So till then its just the demo.
