Is there a place that I can get a GTC paying with a credit card and was wondering if there was a place I could do this and have the code e-mailed to me instantly. The game won't let me use my credit card (won't validate it) to pay for my months so I'm looking for a quick alternative. And my card is good, that's what I use to pay for LOTRO.

I think any gtc site will need to verify the first time. Corp mate tells me it's pretty quick though. The main Eve site has a list of websites. But I sometimes see reference to www.shatteredcrystal.com/ on forums so I'd imagine they'd be a good option.
I've always used shatteredcrystal to pay for EVE.
They are really good, but you will need to be fraud verified the first time you buy something, which involved being phoned and answering some simple questions about where you live. After the first time, you get them basically instantly. Highly recommended.

Yea I go to evetimecodes.com i think, and they all valdiate to make sure your the real card owner. I ordered mine at like 10 pm pst and they called at 10 30 pm pst that day, to verify. Its just questions about your address and card.
Im guessing the person had a satelite image of my area, because she asked me of any main streets, shopping malls, schools, and any highway that ran through the city.
Yeah I recently used evetimecode.com too. Because it was my first buy with them, I had to be verified. It took about 45 minutes before they called me, then they asked me my name/address and the other stuff like what school is near me, what highway is near me, what's a town near my town, etc.
After you go through the verification process once though, the next time should be instant. I imagine this is how it is with all the TimeCode retailers, cause CCP wants to avoid fraud I guess.
Oddly enough, that Shattered Crystal site looks like it marks up the price of the timecodes. On www.evetimecode.com the prices are 14.95 and 38.85 for 30d and 90d codes respectively, which is the exact same price as CCPs when paying directly through them. On shattered crystal the timecodes are 14.99 and 38.99, not a huge difference but they are skimming some profit off the top there. Kinda shady considering they're only giving you a randomly generated code which costs them nothing.

I use www.evetimecode.com as well. After the initial verification process and a few timecodes later, you will be confirmed as a valid buyer and you will be given a username and password to make use of a shopping cart system. I get my ETC emailed to me in under a minute

Well, I would like to recomend www.evetimecode.com. It´s easy, and you´ll get your code almost instantly.
The only thing is that they want to call you up the first time you order, so you better be prepared to talk some english.
But if your fine with that, I don´t see any problems.

I'd recommend shattered as well, ordered from it quite often and always recieved codes instantly.

I recommend http://evetimecode.com/ myself. They're local to me though, so perhaps I am being biased.
They are really fast! Even on the first order. So perhaps not?
