    i really hope i do, but i know its a slimmer chance sience i signed up later...im so stoked for this game, its one of the few PC titles and MMOs in general i really wanna play.

    I highly dought you'll be in the beta, as by even saying your in or will be in it breaks the NDA

    Hopefully, I signed up way before the beta ticker went into orbit. If not we have a guild app in so hopefully I'll be able to get in through that if I don't get my own key.

    What's the point of this thread? Anyone in BETA can't say anything about the game. And those claiming to be in BETA are just wannabes... As far as I know; by saying that one is in BETA, is a violation of the NDA. By signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and then disclose that you are participating is a violation.

    Wrong.  Their NDA allows you to say whether you are in beta but you are not allowed to talk about the game.  You can only discuss information that has been released to the public just like any other fan of the game can.

    LOTRO & WoW (not much WoW though because Mines of Moria rocks!!!!)

    Bioware games (Dragon Age & Star Wars The Old Republic)

    If you check the Warhmmer Online site, and numerous fansites, you find find that those participating in the beta are allowed to say that they are in it, but that is about it.  NDA's vary from game to game.  Some say that you aren't allowed to disclose your beta status, others you can.

    1. The fact that there is an Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program.

    2. The fact that you are a member of the Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program."

    So there you have it straight from EA's beta agreement.

    Sorry, I didn't know that. I thought a NDA was more disclosed than that.

    For the 99 billionth time, the WAR NDA allows beta testers to say they are in the beta.

    So, if  someone was a beta tester before... they will still be part of it when they bring the servers back up?

    If you were in the previous WAR Beta, then yes, you'll be invited to the next batch.

    Look for beta access January or later.  IMHO, with it being the holiday season and WAR months away form release, I see them opening beta servers again in January.  Remember, these companies literally shut down their information flow during the holiday season.

    Two things first, Shai! One, these are planned stops, they did the same thing earlier in the year. Two, expect beta to come around EARLY December. And, let us bring this thread back up when it reopens and see if I was right or wrong.

    I've been a member of the WAR beta for a while now, so I will definitely be there when the servers open up again.

    Correct, I checked with our CM to make sure noone gets in trouble.
