Have they fixed the crash problem yet?

i remember when i first started playing this they had a problem with the game crashing to desktop because of something to do with dual core or video cards, has that problem been fixed yet? im trying to find something i can play on the side when the servers for wow go down or i get bored with wow.

There was a problem with intregraded video cards I believe, the ones that share memory. And I am not sure if that has been fixed.
I played on a Duo-CPU with a 8800 nvidia and I dont have this issue. However, if I am running 3 clients I do get crashes sometimes, not often but it does happen, if I zone frequently.
The only lag I have seen is during sieges or wars when a couple hundred people and npcs are in the same area. But the sandbox skills, skill based combat and no monthly fee (you can buy item mall stuff and it helps you up your skills and can be sold for wealth but it isnt required) are enough to keep me here
