I have a few HDMI/HDMI cabel questions. Will there be a noticible diffrence in graphics if i connect my PS3 with a HDMI or a component cabel to my 32'' 720p/1080i TV. And i heard that when it comes to buying such cabels i should get a top quality one (around 60eu) since its signal is a bit better so i would prob have a bit better pic (i know theyre digital, so thats why im asking it here if this is true cause well i dont know). Oh and is it better to play games on 1080i or 720p ?

The quality of the PS3 will be the same for both. HDMI doesn't make the picture necessarily better, it is offering you the sound plus video through 1 cable. Which is cool because you can do away with the AV cables.
HDMI video quality is the same for a $20 HDMI cable thats 6 feet long vs a $90 6 feet long cable. The bandwidth is the same in both up to I think 8 feet if I remember right. When someone is telling you to get the most expensive HDMI cable they are wrong. If a guy is trying to sell you on the idea that the picture quality will be better going to the $100+ HDMI vs the cheap $20 one he is very mistaken.
HDMI quality only slightly downgrades after about 10feet. If your using a HDMI cable that is over like 10feet then going the bigger thicker cable makes sense and thats when you pay more, however; I know many 15feet HDMI cable reviews that say otherwise. To me if I'm going 15feet I would go for the thicker gauge HDMI cable and not just by cost. Rarely people will need since a blueray or HD-DVD player is near the HDTV and most 6 foot cables work.
Your component out 3 prong cables will have the same quality as your HDMI cable if you decide to do that under 8feet long, but you can bring sound + video to the HDTV with 1 cable using the HDMI. I would use HDMI if I was you just to get rid of the AV cables. Also DVI is the same as HDMI but without the audio signal going through it.
Ohh BTW gold plated HDMI offer no extra quality over the regular HDMI cables.
You can find the HDMI cables super cheap at Walmart, believe it or not. They cost about 1/3 of what you would pay at Best Buy or a similar store.
