This game really pissed me off! I could not even log in to ANY server at all!!!!!
When I read through the comments posted, I was really shocked at the negative reply and JOYMAX MADE BOTTING LEGAL! As in "we want you to bot"! I don't know if the moderators of this forum will banned me or watsoever, but just visit this site... Its the forum of Silkroad and complaints in this one thread.

Please, just visit this before downloading the game...
P.S: It claims to be Free to Play but they want you to buy "Premium tickets" to login into the game...
P.P.S: There's a 1% chance that you will log in and 99% chance that you will be placed in the non-premium ticket buyers queue...
P.P.P.S: The thread contains 296 post in just 18 days...
P.P.P.P.S: I may get banned for this but *Joy*max is actually just ignoring all the complaints and sitting in their seats sipping coffee and counting all their money through this *wonderful* scam! They even erase off complaints and shrug off their responsibility.

I think the pulled of one off the biggest scam in MMORPG industry.
....and yet no one has the balls to expose them.
i give congrads to JOYMAX for making a good game i playd it the game is good, but i must agree with the post above they show on the site that the game is free but in fact they are making you buy premiums so you culd play the game and since half of the players have no chose since all the servers are populated all day so i think that rely is low of them to pull a scam like that.
Silkroad sucks, but seriously... HOW ARE THEY SCAMMING YOU WHEN YOU DON'T PAY ANYTHING TO PLAY???
If you bought a premium ticket, and then were put into a queue behind free players, then THAT is a scam. Go scrounge up $14.99 per month somehow and play a decent game.
This game is horrible.
It took me quite a while to download it since I had to use bittorrent for some reason and it was complicated.
Gameplay is dirt and the only thing that the game is worth is performance and graphics I'd say. The style was confusing to start with (I didn't know how to rotate camera for about 5 mins) and combat is just retarded.
JOYMAX should put a trainee island or something that teaches new players about the configuration and basic gameplay instead of simply sending them on their way.
the controls are easy they are the same like eny other point and click mmo you move with the left mouse button and you rotate the camera with the right mouse button and on the map you got icons for vendors so what else do you need just go find quests and play and you have a help window as well.
like i said i like the game i am just botherd with the premium tikets if you get disconnected or logd out by eny chance there is no coming back in to the game untill the servers are back to normal and you can not switch character or turn off the game or you are done for the day.
Man thats true... before i play i always check the no. of player in each server and guest what! the no. of players in that server is more that what is the max no. of player in that server, meaning that premium users can always log in automatically and maybe there dropping the players not using premium tickets because the no on players on the game stabilized after the premium users have log in...
obviously they are encouraging non-playing players to buy premium tickets for them to play...

if joymax stops to think about money and starts improving there services like making the servers bigger and stop making people buy permium tickets plus try to stop hacking and boots they may actulay become quite popular from what i have seen from the game play. but they have there heads amongst dollar signs so i do not think they care about improving.
wow, you stole my silkroad experience, exactly how i felt about this game, except i actually really liked playing, despite all the turks and being one of 3 english speakers on my server, too bad i was only able to get on to play with the bots, gold spammers, and turks at very wierd hours of the day
i loved the game but i constantly got stuck with some dudes that do not know how to lvl i think they ware bots since they kept fighting party monsters and giants and they kept getting beaten by them constantly i got more xp by my own then in a party with those dudes i think i just gave them free leveling without them doing enything but if they ban boots they would make lots of people happy.
Let's do the math.
Free to Play, Asian made, grind game = Bad gaming experience.

well i know that no one runs games for free but other games pay the piper in other ways like comertials or item mall and also the more popular the game the more items will be bought at the item mall and the more money you get, but populating the servers and giving free use of boots so not actuly helping the game it is giving it more bad critics and it is making people want to stop playing exept for those real hard core fans.
