How come this site doesn't have this game listed? I was just wondering about it... whether people liked it or not but I couldn't find the forum.
Is it because this site doesn't support Disney games or it this game not an mmorpg?

It's definitely a MMORPG, even moreso than a lot of other games, since it has no instancing. Even when you board a ship for crew vs crew combat, other ships can sail past and see your guys fighting on the decks, if they get close enough. And help by shooting their cannons at the NPC crew.
I had fun with it for a little while, the basic gameplay mechanics are well done and entertaining, but it's very light, can't take it seriously at all. No idea why it's not listed here, though. IMHO, it's not so childish that it shouldn't even count, or anything like that. And Disney doesn't have a forum for some wierd reason about protecting kids from interacting with strangers online. Or at least, not actively encouraging it. I don't really get that.
I was playing it with my 8-year-old nephew for a little while, but funny thing is, eventually he went back to Runescape. I can't stand that game, but I think it's a little sad when Disney makes the game so shallow that even a little kid gets bored of it that quickly.
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
Thread moved to "Pirates of the Caribbean Online"-forum.
Ok... that's strange. How come I can't see this forum on the left under released games?
I guess it's not popular enough? Ok so how do I get to this forum if I wanted to come here again? I'm here now because I just followed my own post.from my overveiw. I also noticed there is now Runescape forum under Released games... where is the section I'm missing?
You have to go to the "Game List" from the menu bar above, not to the left. Then search the huge list for POTCO. Then from the game's menu bar, select Forums.
But who goes through all that? Looks to me like forums that aren't to the left get very little traffic, so this thread might as well have been deleted.
