After hearing on the vine a while back that Huxley had changed to a non-fps style of game play and rather something like Tabula Rasa, i instantly lost all interest. Now realizing it is a FPS and seeing the Unreal like fights in videos, set in a persistent world..... I realized what an idiot i have been. This game looks absolutely amazing, Abso-Frikin-Mazing. Screw all the cookie cut fantasy mmo's (except darkfall ofc), the action and pace of this seems wicked.
Cant believe it doesn't have more attention. I just hope this is neocron on a speed and meth binge. I know its korean, and has the sort of style, i actually find it a bit refreshing since i dont play Kor-grindathons.
Jeebus crisps..... Reckon it will be rockin?
Currently playing: Planetside, Americas Army.
Praying to Zeus for: Darkfall.

i have been waiting along time for the video's te give me a good picture of the game played by actuall beta players not just the trailer videos with programmers playin for fun..
the latest actual PVP video out there showed how awesome this game is gonna be if you put the keyboard and mouse in the hands of an decent player..
you can be sure to see me on huxley and i will probably be staying there for many many years to come..
Retired From: L2, SWG, RFO, WoW, War, Aion
Waiting For: Tera, Blade & Soul, Huxley, SWTOR,
The videos sure make it look fun. Hope they do some sort of open beta so I can give it a try before I buy :P
I was hoping it would be more like a better PS, or firearms. But it looks liek unreal . Which is not a possitive for mmos , still that was only one vid so it may not show the game well.
That being said OP it is TR who is a non-fps game , as it is not an fps, but an action shooter (believe me their a difference).
But still i do hope that this game will be good as i like PS, but not to much the weapons. Nor the number of vechiels.

How is Unreal not a positive for a MMOFPS?
Please god I hope they make a Halo MMO for R-Tards like this.
I guess it depends how involved the world is.. if it is minimum then you'll just be paying for a FPS-deathmatch you kould get free in UT or Quake. Both games have kum a long way.
If it is more involved then you get a UT type game that you kan chill in a player house, put things in an Auction House, crafting and trade system. If the game miss all those.. go play the new UT3 or Quake.. I've played QWET... was pretty good. Havent played Unreal yet but seeing all the flying kombat was a nice touch.
either way, I look foward to Huxley.. I want to see what it do. It's been in development so long that I hope its good.

First off i think halo sucks. Second Unreal happens in a small box (IE small maps). I would like one consistant world , much like PS has. The key term is MMO, from them vids so far i have seen a online fps , nothing more. (Not to say that their will not be more).
Secondly, i want to do more than just shoot people. I can do that in mnay games , i want there to be a reason to play the game , a reason for it to be a mmo (IE massive battles and conflicts, etc).
Additionally, the fighting style does look much like Unreal which is ok for games where all you do in zerg 24/7. However, i personlly like quality FPS like firearms, where there is a large amount of tactic as well as fast paced action involved. This is even more important when you should have objectives to capture and defend.
The fact that you attributed me with liking Halo indicates that you have not played firearms or PS and are not equipped to judge my statements.
Enough said, signed one R-tard in the land of brain dead forum goers.

This sounds like a sweet game, except it's called Huxley. Guess I'll stick to WoW.
Do you know for certain?
Back on topic, Huxley is looking amazing so far (finally a futuristic mmo that might work), but I share the fears that it might just devolve into a deathmatch, I can't speak for everyone but i'd love something like planetside but done right (no ridiculously unbalanced weapons /vehicles / armours etc) with some more rpg like areas to get away from constant fighting.
