Red Alert 3 announced

Just saw this article on IGN, complete with three screenshots. After they released C&C 3 I figured this was only a matter of time. Judging by some of the units they talk about, it sounds like the game may keep the more humorous theme from RA2. Also a new faction, some form of Asian Empire.

The description does look promising. I am very excited that they are offering Co-Operative Story Campaign mode. It is a great step to make computer games more of a social hobby rather than a solo venture as far as the RTS arena is concerned.

I shoot for the curve... anything above that is gravy.
Another series EA will ruin.
