looking for MMO with my specifics (housing, solo, economy...)

Hello all
I've play for a long time SWG and now I want something new. I've tried others but I haven't went too deep into them (WOW, LoR, DaC, EVE). Based on my criterias below, what MMO do you recommend for me.
What I like
- Housing system (having your own place, arranged the way you like)
- Crafting system (being able to craft things that worth, better than rewards. Having a character who is a crafter, not a second profession)
- Economy system
- Solo and PVE content, I don't say that I never PVP but I rethar lakie PVE and questing
- Fantasy or sci-fy
- personal customization of your character
What I don't minf of
- cost
- PVP content
I know some will say that SWG looks to be a very good selection according to those criterias, but other that SWG, what do you suggest?

By your criteria, the only 2 I can think of are EQ2 and Lotro.

VG has great housing, the craft system is really funny (because you decide, how an item will be, when you craft it), most classes can solo (don't play a rogue, when you want to solo) and growing "endgame". And the PvP stinks (you said, you dont need PvP *g*)

I know 3 games tha match your criteria: Vanguard, Lotro and EQ2. The housing system on Vanguard and Lotro are better the the one of EQ2.
The crafting system of Vanguard are the best one of the 3 games for people who likes crafting and the 3 games has good economy system and a great character customization.
Everquest 2 as well has all those things...and probably one of the best housing in any game I've played so far.
Housing is instanced though so don't expect to see the outside of your house like in Camelot or UO. A very nice crafting system,solo friendly as well as group friendly.
Anarchy-Online is a free game if you play regular without the expension and has a lot of what you request.
They are even working on a new graphic update so it's worth a shot if you ask me.

hmmm when I played AO the housing was wretched hehe Don't get me wrong,I loved AO. I still miss it...but unless the housing has changed within the last few years that I haven't played it,it's not very good.
