What MMO now? A verteran

Hey all
I've played UO for years... but many years ago
I've played AO
I've played SWG, EQ2... blah blah
WOW etc.
None held me as long as UO, but I can't go back (did try.. just not the same).
I'm currently in LOTRO which is good fun, but its mainly SOLO... its hard to find anyone wanting to group at the lower levels of 20 to 30 etc.
It seems hardly anyone around, I did re-try wow again and thats worse, everyone is nearly 60 or 70 so no one to play with.
I seek a MMORPG, one where i can start fresh, learn and just have fun grouping, pvp and other things among this.
Some kind of MMORPG where I acn log in, start lvling and still find players in the low levels to play with.
Again LOTRO is fun but something is missing, hard to explain.
Anyone help suggest one, maybe i should give MMORPG genre a rest?

as a fellow UO vet i would recomend waiting for WAR.
That might work... But what made me play UO for so many years.. is not something you will ever find in WAR.. or AoC or most any other MMO on the market.
So I hope one of those works for you.
The only thing that ever came close was pre-cu (yes I said it) SWG. That doesn't exist anymore than "old" UO does tho.
Oh and for me it has more to do with any game with levels and hardset classes has lost my interest before the install even finishes.
So if its just "grouping" (uo didn't have a group system at launch) or getting to level in a game that isn't top end heavy.. WAR might work.
In fact I hope it does for you both.. being a "game player" with nothing to play isn't that fun.
id say stop playing MMOs until warhammer 40k MMO comes out.

I heard its had alot updates, fixes and it runs pretty awesom and is a awesome game.

no not really
i was in ddo during beta, dont know if it chagned much since then but it was very difficult to lvl.. at the time it had alot of low players so it wasnt hard finding a group, but i dont like instancing... ya its nice to have ur own dungeon but i dunno seems so unrealistic...

I'm in the same boat... I tried a lot of those games, I even have a 70 holy paladin who is pretty maxed out... I really need something new, something that runs smooth. I don't like those asian style games on bit... Not the graphics, the gameplay... I played FFXI for two years and loved it while I played. I tried EQ2, too laggy. LOTRO kind of laggy too. I have a medium computer, not the best but not the worst. I just need a new game... No korean/asian games, no games with limited selection, a lot of people in it. I just wish WoW was recreated like EQ, with the class selection but with wow graphics so computers could run it smoother and as much players were on EQ as WoW has... I need lots of players.
Time to fix this genre.
2Moons is really good too, its R rated as lots of blood and languague but after lvl 30 its kinda hard to lvl, but its has amazing graphics.
