Originally posted by Uchocobo. I came across it and have read over it a few times. It's really great info for those of us that didn't experience other more advanced versions of the game and kind of outlines what to look forward too. This is basically the way the original game was updated through Generations and Seasons. We have a mix right now so it definitely won't go along the same path but you can still see all of the features that should be added over time.

Bump..because this is really good info and im looking forward to it =D!!!!!
haha just had to have fun with the smilies =D
Be carefull. This is official info from the Asian servers. The NA servers already has many of the features from G3, G2 and G1.
Hopefully, fishing and such will be out by release though :P
We actually have a mix of things from between G1-G6. I think things that don't require translation are in like footstep rendering options. Stuff with massive translating like cities, etc. will probably take longer. I think the Japanese version was very quick to catch up with the Korean one so we will probably move along at a good pace.
The open beta content was enough for 3-8 weeks depending on how much you play or even more if you are a crafter, but I think it will scale nicely.
