What class is best for me?

Hi all I'm new to this forum board and have yet to play the game but from all the information and videos it looks like a good game with lots to offer. However I'm having a really hard time deciding my character class. If anybody can help me pick or shed some light on my choice I'd appreciate it.

 

1) I'm a AoE-aholic. Is there one class that is more specialised for this or do they all have and equal footing in this department.

2) I like to be able to PvP but I specialise in PvE

3) I like to have range attacks, I always believe walking to something just so you can hit it is a waste of time.

4) I like to immobilise/freeze my targets.

5) I like to move fast.

6) I like to have moves that can regen sp/hp.

 

Thanks for any help you guys might give me.

    1) Haven't seen much of AoE, in the newest class videos almost all the classes had an AoE skill, I assumed those were divine power skills since they were like "special", can't really say atm.

    2) All of the classes seem able to PvP, beta reports state spiritmasters, gladiators, assassins and sorcerers are specially good in solo PVE

    3) As far as I know, sorcerers and rangers are the ones specialized at range, there will be some more classes with certain ranged skills tho, but those I said are based on range exclusively.

    4) Rangers, chanters, sorcerers and templars have shown skills like those atm,

    5) It's probable that fastest classes will be those wearing light armor (ranger and assassin).

    6) Chanter and cleric, both have healing skills, and spiritmaster has a summon with healing skills also.

    Well thanks for the reply. Guess I'll have to wait till Eu/Us beta/releases to get a full run down of skills and classes to make a decision but it does seem like I'm going to be sorc/ranger.

    I just hope they release a client by september I have 2 weeks off work then so I cud invest alot of time into this game.
