Congratulations you've won a grand reward from a magic genie, while you have this genie any wish you explicity wish for will be granted for the next 5 years. After those 5 years you'll be on your own and without this 'magical' aid and likely responsible for a whole bunch of things so choose what you do wisely.
please note that the traditional 3 wishes do not apply you get as many as you want, though excessive use may result in sarcasm.

I'd open a startup IT company based around genetic AI solutions. basically a type of 'dumb' AI that adjusts a few trillion solutions over and over and over until it finds a 'best'/'better' one. some uses already used for this would be antenni, chemical testing, and circuitry. pretty much shoving a few basic designs for a product and the rules for it processing for a week/month/whatever on a extremely powerful computer cluster and then getting a solution(well more complex when you get to the code but that's how it works I guess).
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

First I'd wish I didn't have genital herpes. Then I'd wish I could never contract an STD or become ill. Then I'd go back out and nail lots and lots of chicks again like I used to... And if I don't have game like I used to, I can just make the genie get chicks to sleep with me.
It'd be like taking a 5 year vacation from this whole trying to find one woman thing. It's pretty god damn lame.

Do we lose the things we wish for in 5 years? If we don't i wish for unlimited power, the whole package : immortality, eternal youth, power to destroy existence itself, all power that is lesser than what i just mention ( i dont just want a destroy existence button and not be able to like fly or something ), i don't want any mutations, i want to be immune to all known and unknown diseases. I think i covered it. I'd list all the lesser powers but i think it would break the forums.
If we DO lose those wishes in 5 years, then i wish for the exact same thing i just did. Only this time ill destroy existence in the last month of my wishes. ( Or i won't, depends on the mood i am in ).
Hmm...intersting game. I'll play. Myself, I'd like to be wealthy, and healthy. I'd then have the genie remove all forms of religion from the face of the earth. I'd then wish to travel the stars...see other worlds. I dunno...that's it for me. To be able to travel to other worlds...that would be awesome.
And then when that wish is granted all religions cease to exist and most of the worlds Hope will go to as will most ways to stop people committing murder will disappear as in the end it wont matter because God doesnt exist so he cant punish you because when you die you just die......Oh and the Genie will cease to exist to as its a part of religion too.

As for my wishes i guess first id ask for.....
1) Greater understanding between faiths creeds and races.
2) A 100 years of Peace prosperity and wisdom for mankind.
3) A solution to the Energy crisis that's both plentiful [infinite if possible]. Clean and safe and available to all.
4) A Huge amount of cash for me [a few Billion] and a decent supply of gold and Platinum.
5) Immortality.
6) Be virtually invincible with only one weakness that only i know.
7) Wisdom.
8) To own the knowledge and Patent to True CommercialIndustrial Nanotechnology.
No doubt i can think of others but there is a good start.

I would make the genie make me a genie,then i would kill the genie,then i would force every person in the world to come to the US and make them live together, and dare them not to get along.
Trade in material assumptions for spiritual facts and make permanent progress.
I would wish for a MMORPG that didn't have a grind, that had interesting quest lines (rather than "kill 10 of"...or Fedex), and had an element of fun it it.
