characters gone! can i get them back?

can any one tell mme how to recover lost characters. My computer lost connection with internet, and the game logged me out.  The error i got was that I lost connection with server.  Tried to log back in and the server restarted, and poof all my characters and hard work gone.  Can someone tell me if I can get them back or do I need to start all over again?

    post your issue at the official support forums

    are u logging into the right server?

    most of the time a simple restart will fix it..
