You registred an account with the pre-order key, it's normal, the EA is over it's now the live game, you need to add your retail key i would guess. The key on the back of the booklet.

In the Same boat...Registered my preorder key back on the 17th Logged into my account today and upgraded using my retail key off the game manual and it's showing account cancelled status frozen..

Thought maybe it was a credit card issue so i tried to change my card but i keep getting issues there also.

This is not the way i wanted to start out.

I am in the same boat - used my mammoth pre-order code and tried 2 valid CC numbers now - cannot reactivate account and it shows Frozen status like the rest of you guys - what the hell is going on ? Cannot login to forums or send out a customer service request as I am getting refused connection errors from Customer Service form on account page and Banned/Not Authorized from the forums.

Starting 48 hours before chargeback to CC countdown.

Ok i'll do a step by step

1- Register and account using your Pre-Order Key (Mammoth). You will NEED to add payment details (credit card and choose a subscribtion plan).

After that if you click View my Subcribtion you should see : Your Product : The War Mammoth.

2-Register your RETAIL Key (back of the booklet). Click the "Use a key to add a prepaid card, upgrade a subcription or create a subcribtion.

3- Add your RETAIL key in the box

4-VERY IMPORTANT : Hit the UPGRADE button after that to confirm the method of payment you choosen on STEP ONE.

5-Click View My Subscrition you should now see : Your Product : The War Mammoth, Age of Conan.

This is retarded. We get our accounts frozen for registering prior to release, and we can't even log into the funcom forums to get any information or updates. When I try to reactivate my account I get a "something failed" message. How did they screw this up already?

THIS IS STUPID! can anyone access the main AoC forum? if so please let me know, as maybe you can post our usernames so they can look into this situation...

Log into your account,

on the account page, just under the Early Access link,

there's a area to insert your retail key,

insert and submit,

you should now have a full account, without having to make new account or losing you character(s)

as long as your payment option and subscription otherwise is in order.

The Early access client will not be usable after release,

after release it's only the retail version that can be used to play with.

(US release does not affect EU release that way)

I am having the same problems. I even tried creating a new account with the retail key and that isnt even working. This is retarded. Nothing I try works.

I cancelled my subscription but still had 30 free days to play of course. I wanted to access the forums but was unable to even though I had set up my forum account name and password yesterday. Because Im having FPS issues even though I excell all the recommended system requirements and was wondering if its because of ATI. So I tried re sub to see if that would work and than I get to my account and its frozen . Moments later I recieve a email stating the payment method (CC) is wrong which it is NOT. And can't even enter the game...

i have bought age of conan collectors edition war mammoth in game, and i have registered my account with a pre paid card and i cant retrieve my war mammoth cuz then i need a credit card! wtf is that!
