it sucks not being able to get support from the techs so im uninstalling the game besides its not all that great it for sure isnt no grandslam maybe a bunt hell why play a game when the support techs dont answer yu to give help with issues your having

Give Funcom a break, the game has only just launched in the US and is about to launch tomorrow in the EU. There are only so many GM's to go round and with the launch of any MMO there will be countless issues that need to be addressed.

ok 1) the game has been out for 1 week, so the techies have their heads drowning in emails from the gamers with pc inexperiance. 2) you havent even played the game as you cant get help loging on, so your opinion on it being not at all that great or no grandslam is irelevent untill you actually play it. If you want to throw away your money because you are too impatient to wait, then please do so. But dont come on here and qq about it.
You know some people here can help. What're your issues and computer specs?

I bought the game at release but have been working so d*mn much I havent been home to even play yet.
So i dont know if it sucks or its great,..heh,....maybe they get alot of these "launch' issues out of the way in time for me once I get back.
oh btw,..the CD soundtrack is awesome,..kudos to the musicians! Top notch soundtrack! its about the only thing I can do atm,..heh
Well, I guess the op couldn't find the specs on the side of the Dell box. Can't help you if we don't have some info. Start > Run > dxdiag = system specs.
The game is lush, the soundtrack awesome. Just keep an open mind that the game has only just launched and will have tiny teething problems. Don't go mental on the settings. Start low and work up. Golden Rule: If adjusting graphics settings, restart the game afterwards! Even WoW prompts you to hehe.
But on the whole, from a technical point of view, this is one of the best MMO launches I've seen.

But on the whole, from a technical point of view, this is one of the best MMO launches I've seen.
Full lowest graphics with shader 3.0 was 20 fps max for me, high graphics with shader 2.0 was max 40 fps. Put it onto 2.0 straight away!

Why bother even complaining when it sounds like you are not too happy with the game to begin with. I'm sure the WOW techs were just beating down your door 2 days after launch to help every individual tech petition. Get a clue sonny or mommy will take away your keyboard.
Please OP! Leave the game! It will be a better game knowing that all the impatient 12-year-olds are leaving.
I've been on mmorpg for a while without posting and these kind of reactions makes me want to say some things...
Everyone is so hasty to call people "trolls" : "Don't cry like a baby // The game just started // OP is 12 yo, please leave the game, etc." While those people are trolling like hell.
I mean... IS IT THAT HARD TO BE KIND DAMN IT ?! This guy has paid for a game and want to play it, the less to ask is a technical service who can helps him. And even if you put the excuse on the recent launch, do not throw him rocks for being pissed about it !
Would'nt you be angry if (random fiction example) : You waited for 2 years your favorite game, you preorder it when it comes to beta phase and can't even play it... PLUS, the company isn't responding ?

The things is, it's all very well keeping an open mind about people being pissed about such things. But posts like the OP's scream for negative replies sometimes because the OP's are showing that they, themselves are not being open minded about the situations that they are posting about.
Basically, what I'm saying is that ignorance is not a justifiable excuse for acting like an asshat.
Had the OP expressed his concern about long petitions / email reponses in a mature and open minded manner, then he wouldn't have provoked the responses that he got.
There is responsibility in being an OP, not just a person who replies to the thread. Which is why I'm not necessarily backing up all the responses the OP got, but the OP is guilty of his share of posting without giving any thought to it himself.
