For the people who have crawled to WAR after they`re fanboyiusm got the better of them over at the AOC forums,this is for you.

For the troll who has the hump because AOC wasnt all its cracked up to be , now they feel like a fool for buying it,this is for.
We are seeing a lot of WAR/WOW comparisons just lately..why? ,i don`t no. Maybe the fact that these people are new or have not been following the game that long and are mmorpg hoppers.

I could go on and on but i wont,lets just say that, people see bright colours and the style of WAR which we no has been around for years and we no the story behind WOW/WAR.
From the screens anyone with half they`re eye siight intact should see the my point.

My guess is because we keep seeing so many WAR fanbois over on the AoC forums that admit they've never even tried it but bash it all the same, saying we should all be waiting to play WAR instead.
Congrats on a good flamer thread title but ya your still pretty lame in your desire to try and Hype WAR.. People who want to play WAR will, those who don't won't and theres enough room in the world for both view points not just your own. If the games any good it really won't need all the hype which in turn just leads people to having unrealistic expectations of the game.

WoW has been on the PC longer than Warhammer yes, but the overall art designs and art concepts of Warhammer have been around a lot longer, even before WoW was thought of as a fantasy world. So the poster you've quoted is somewhat correct in the idea that Blizzard took many art designs from the Warhammer universe.

I don`t need to have unrealistic expectations about WAR . If any game had unrealistic hype it was AOC wouldnt you say? We are going off subject here anyway,so what do you think about the WOW/WAR screenshot comparisons.

This what i am saying? Many people still cant get it through their skulls that Warhammer has been around for 25 years and has a massive following through TT. The screenshots i have posted should convince the not so informed trhat WAR grathics are nothing like WOW ..at all.

Well, that is quite a contrast between WAR and WoW in graphics! WAR looks more realistic with a more immersive environment.
I'm looking forward to WAR's release!
I don't know why so many people are always throwing WOW out there against all new games. Yes WOW is a great game for some, for others like myself I find it repeatative and boring. As for the graphics it's quite obvious by the pics the OP posted that WAR is alot more detailed and realistic then WOW. I love the way the Elves look in WAR and I must admit this is the first time I've seen a pic of them. Too bad WAR is all about PVP or I'd really think about playing but I'm not a pvper at all, being female I have a hard time dealign with the pvp egos that seem to go hand in hand with that game play style.
Thanks for the pics though it's nice to see what the game will look like even if I won't be playing.

No copies of zones (what a relief !) but even the final city fights are ..... instanced.
It looks that WotLK will be the ONLY new fantasy game with real open world PvP.

It is not possible to have a 1000+ vs 1000+ battle without the lag being absolutely insane.
If you have the solution (not instancing) to allowing an entire server of 5000 players to participate in the same battle without lag, please feel free to educate everyone here on these forums.
Also, 90% of RvR will occur in Open World PvP. Open World PvP is 100% open and you can cram as many players into one keep as you would like. Just thought you should know this..........
