Hi
I'm looking for action MMO games where you control your character with keyboard/mouse in realtime and not just point and click and then wait what happens. Gameplay like in Maple story, Rakion or BOTS. Any suggestitions?

you pretty much summed up the genre. maple, rakion, bots....
lunia is apparently an action mmo, with console style controls. i havent tried it because it looks like a single player game, but check it out.
there are plenty of 2d side scrollers like maple: ghost online, windslayer, dragonica(3D side scroller), and latale(which i am looking forward to)
You could try Rumble Fighter. It's a PVP only game. You can buy sacred scrolls (fighting style) and exocores (something you morph into to, giving you extra power such a different attacks etc...) You use the keys to attack arrow keys to move, Z X C block punch and kick. You may re-configure the controls or use a controller (PS2 controller XBOX360 controller etc...)
This is a game that takes skill, when level does not matter at all.

Exteel, Wofteam, AirRivals, GunZ just to name few, use google to track them down, some have links in the gamelist already, hav fun there all free to play.
GunZ would be my suggestion. Though not a persistent MMO (uses a lobby-based system), it is pretty action packed.
Exteel= best super huge robot fighting action game
if your a counter strike fan you WILL LOVE COMBAT ARMS! Even if you are a Warrock fan or anything similar to those games
