I have been followed by a level 3 that cursed like crazy for no reason at all. Thats just how poor the community has gotten.

It's a family oriented game pretty much, and pointed toward a younger audience as a "beginning MMO"

I like it the way it is ^_^

how ironic will this be if a pmod mutes you?

When Jagex made a 13 or under version of the game their subs increased 40% which means parents will let more of their children play if they can block out all of the offensive content.
Ages 14-16 don't need to be around that language either IMO and even though I don't play RS I would be happy to tell me friends young children about it because RS is a great game to break young kids into the world of MMORPGS.

Great way to break young kids into the world of MMORPGS...Makes me feel guilty like I'm giving children drugs or something. Hehe get them addicted while they're young, then we can have them go make us as many runes as we need! That's exactly what runescape needs, to give the already terrible community verbal weapons.
