Everytime I look at mythic working on the warhammer world mapping ... they screw up so bad with it... like really they did really bad with placing things in the warhammer world..
-karak kadrin like above the capital city of karaz a karak...
- but in warhammer online it's under karaz a karak
- and also with talabec whatever it's called is under High pass.. but really it's under trollcountry..
I was really hoping every zone is placed were it's post to be.. not were it's not..

Uhm... What?
Are you getting this information from playing or what? The NDA agreement still is active may I remind you.
Like they did a really good job with the high elves/ dark elves tiers..
and so so with chaos/empire tiers
but extremely bad with the dwarf/greeny tiers
like I really love exploring.. and exploring is a thing I love most..
and I would really love to see things put in the right place..
I don't want to look at warhammer world map and see all the things out of place..
know what Im saying?
this isn't NDA breaking... because everytime I look at the maps that mythic gave us there all outa place..
Really? I mean, come on, Really? words can not describe the frustration i get from some people, but hey what can you do... ok, really?...

mythicmktg.fileburst.com/war/us/home/images/zoneoverviews/Kadrin_720.jpg
when you look at this.. kadrin valley is right under the dwarf capitol.. meaning it's outa place
Why? honestly it's a valid issue. keeping a Warhammer game in check with Warhammer lore, its a big deal to those who really like the IP.
Everything creates huge amounts of negativity on the internet, that's what the internet is for: Negativity, porn and lolcats.
Most people that actually know the lore and play the Tabletop will find something they have a issue with in WAR...just a heads up if you are a Lore Monkey.

like I really really love the warhammer IP..
I'll still play the game as High Elves shadow warrior
but sad that some of zones are outa place in the warhammer online game to the actual warhammer IP
Sry, I only play War 40k, so dont know much on th War lore but..... its a MMO and you are compairing a table top game to it, there HAS to be different things in order to make it work as a MMO, PLEASE put your faith in Mythic
So what!!! they also have the Badlands west of it instead of south west. If the only issues they have are some "F"d up geography and a bad sense of direction as the game goes I will be a happy man. Look at it this way if the maps get's to were you need to go beno problem. Besides if you play a greenskin you can't read anyway.
well probally there going just go along and when they get some expansion out they might move them around to get them back in place :P
Because this one of the biggest IP that will ever be release to MMORPG world and it's gotta be right!!
some of things I guess are moved to make it shorter distance to travel ..
but I hope they move them back into place during some expansions..
like really, i really like, like, you know, really, like, like like like like like AJSNDSJDNGJSDNGJNDGJNWJGNJNGOWEngwoengjerngaejrngi[onrg902j3ij24ngog3 like like like.
I would like realy like some proper english on this fourm. I feel like smacking my like head against like a wall when I read some like this.
SAYING "like" when talking in the real world is horrible, TYPING it when you have time to reflect on what you're saying is digusting.
Everything you wrote hurt my face.
As to the IP issues, who really cares? Right now the only issue is making sure of a smooth release.
.... i can't believe this post is serious
Finwe on microphones in MMOs: "it'd eliminate l33t speak....But it would bring in ebonics."
You must've not seen the wc3 maps compared to the wow maps.
O sweet Jesus. Why does it really matter? As long as they are generally in the correct part of the world...I don't give a shit.

Guys! I'm hopelessly lost in a mountain of mole hills! Them damn moles!
Not nearly as bad as the wc3 maps compared to the wc1 maps.
Its an MMORPG first, based on Warhammer lore. This isn't tabletop 2.0 where you are coding all the models for them. The game is pretty accurate, if it wasn't the IP would be yanked as has happened before *hint: Blizzard, and the other Warhammer game*
GW is very specific for their vision and would yank it immediately.
this is what is known as nitpicking lol
Speaking of Blizzard (looks at the Marshes of Madness on the map).
I wonder where Blizzard looked for name ideas. *cough* Swamp of Sorrows *cough*
STOP WHINING!
I really doubt this man.
Lol, *that* springs to mind yet you don't hear a click when you see "Badlands" ?
Nothing wrong with people hoping the game's lore stays true to the original story. It is very hard to pull that off but one can always hope.
Hmm, for me it looks like greenskins are most polished till darkelfs need much to elaborate. Maybe just different point of view.
Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration

And yet most of the people who will be playing this game which is 'based' off the IP won't be deeply familiar with the warhammer IP. They'll know what Warhammer is but as far as the geographical Lore most won't have a clue and thus it won't matter.
If your expecting the game to be 100 percent Lore perfect your already on the wrong foot. If it was such a big issue it'd be in the right order ...they're not going to realign the maps of the entire game just to suite some crazed lore hounds.
It actually makes perfect sense that they had to move some things around. When putting the board game into a 3d format quite often you run into balance issues which a board game developer didnt forsee. Not to mention what may look great in 2d may look like crap in 3d. So artistic and legistical issues have to be addressed. One thing non-ip games have a advantage of is developing the world around the game. When you have a premade world you have expectations to live and die by
