Pop Up windows missing

Those little pop ups that appear when you mouse hover over an item/ability. For some reason it's not showing up for me.
Last week pre-beta it was working fine, but this patch it's now not showing up. Everything else shows fine.
Using Windows XP, Nvidia GeForce 7800 GS. Nothing changed on my system from the last weekend preview.

Issue resolved: looks like I disabled the Tooltips when I was customizing.
