What gets on my nerves bad is the lack of timescales being provided. Why can't the saps on the war-europe site just say something like this:
"It's not working and it ain't gonna work for at least <insert a high number here> hours, so p*ss off and do something constructive while we fix what should've been sorted out ages ago. We expect to have our sh*t together by <insert exact time on Wednesday night here>, so don't bother logging in until then. Our apologies for being a-holes, please for godsake don't cancel your orders!"

pmsl i had to create a new acocut due to old email not accepted then wait over 9hrs for verification email after using a diffrent email /new account .
