not after i registered my beta key i did for the account and when i try to put my stuff into the patcher it says authentication failed. please re-enter your login credentials.

I am in the same position. The key validated fine on the webpage and told me it was fine, but I have no email and the patcher tells me I have an authentication error and should re-enter my credentials.
A: All you need to do now is to wait for an email from us. This email will either confirm that your validation is complete (in which case you can log in and play) or that there was a problem with your details (in which case you need to go back and resubmit your information).
How long do emails take to arrive from the system?
A: This will vary but should be within an hour. Make sure you check your junk folders and spam filters as well as adding noreply@goa.com to your whitelists.
I dont believe it will be an hour something else will not balls up but they will say it has seriously its all a ploy to throttle traffic onto the servers
At least got 1 key tonight and its mine still need to register the missus a account guessing she isnt playing till tomorrow

What I dont understand is why the hell arent they temporarily allowing everyone with an active account to log into beta as they issued a beta key to more or less everyone anyway - just to make some damage control - but I guess GOA isnt capable of that.
The 'Welcome to WAR' mail is not the right one it seems. You need a seperate mail saying your key is validated and it seems they are doing them manually so there is a long queue.
Day after the start date and I STILL cant even login. Authentication server is momentarily unavailable
Auth server is down you cant login that way have to click on the news bit and then a tiny hidden link in there they are doing there damn best to stop people loggin in
after 2 days of grinding i have got to stage 4 and got the veri email, i verified it and got the return email. I went to site and filled in my key code and got a welcome reply from GOA. I click WAR icon for game log-in and when i enter details i get:
Authentication failed. Please re-enter your login credentials (double checked and they are correct).

The activation on the site is to "validate a request" for them to manually validate it.
confusing I know but it means unless they mail you with confirmation that you're good to go...well...you aint :P

Just tried to register my beta key for 3 time. Now it says "your request has been registered" so i think they gonna process all request manually.
Over 2½ hours now and no e-mail

yes if directdrive wont give you a refund then speak to your card company and request a chargeback for a service not recieved.
