Somebody needs to shoot this thread... repeatedly... in the face just to make sure it dies and never comes back.

"Blade and Soul"- a martial arts MMORPG made by NCsoft is the second picture. The game promises to be bloody, fast and... fan service galore(so to speak). If you haven't seen it... you should check out the vid at the following link.

It's almost 2010, and I am just not wiling to tolerate clunky graphics while being told that "gameplay is more important than graphics". That excuse won't wash with me any more. I expect my games to have both good graphics and good gameplay.

Well... it is after all meant to be a martial arts MMORPG so anything other than an oriental style would be a bit..... odd. The character designs are... anime-ish which is fine in my book since I've always loved anime and manga.

Since this dropped down a bit, thought I would bump it with some City of Heroes/Villains. Additional costume piece, the halo, for good and bad. Note you can be a villain and still have access to the "good" halo and vice-versa

That looks pretty nice, but I watched a video of in game play on youtube and it's not really anything like that character creator in game.
It still looks pretty good, just a lot different from the footage you posted.
That game looks AWESOME. Gonna have to import that one when it's available.

Those Lineage 2 snapshots look like they have some weird photoshop filter on them. Nice though.
+ The armour looks retarded, like I fail to see how it would protect you other than guys perving over your massive tits that are on show wearing it. Thats why I have Asain games because they all look like that and it's just stupid, I have porn to see naked ladies with big tits so please keep all that retarded shit outta the games. They all have that gay stance too where their arms are behind their bodies to push their tits forward and that gay arched back.
I like SWG's armour because it fit with the lore and wasn't all over the top and daft. I also liked the stat clothes because you could look like a normal person and not have to wonder around in armour all day.
Everyother mmorpgs armour is pretty dumb to me, like wheres all the realistic sci-fi and modern day mmorpgs? Only SWG really..... sure theres Tabula Rasa but that game sucks and EVE Online doesn't have armour.
So sick of fantasy.
Nope, as someone who has played Lineage II extensively in the past I can tell you that it's just the in-game Bloom effect. The graphics are really that good... not bad for a 4+ year old game!

Oy! You can't show nipples in this here forum. Some people think our society will crumble to ashes when we see naked stuff so go back and edit/censor/cut before some mod find out about it and close/delete the whole thing. Ridiculous I know, but some people actually are that narrow-minded.
Cool though that this thread got risen. It's a good thread compared to all the other flamethreads around here.
