What class is it? I've always thought engineers, due to their turrets, could potentially be AFK leveled.
Also sitting in a PQ would let you leech XP and influence without being there. Done right by someone not working or going to school and started with CE, I could see them being level 29 after several days. There are people who hit lvl 80 within a week in AoC. When Burning Crusade hit, some kid got to lvl 70 from 60 in 28 hours or so with help.
So honestly, what's the point? Doing as much following the release of a WoW expansion is one thing, but what purpose does it serve in a brand spanking new game? Just to say you were the first one to cap and you did it in a week or two? And so now you're bored as hell because no one else is there to give you a "handy".
This is the whole reason I dumped my xbox 360, the "splooged in pants" achievement factor. I guess no-lifers Ftw!
Yep and the thing is if you were to say to him "man you must have played non-stop" he would quickly answer...."nah just a couple of hours a day, this game is easy too level on"
They do tend to try and make themselves look good.
If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"

Completely doable. I work 8-11 hrs a day at a lab and am about level 20. Matter of fact, I find it disappointing that these guys, who obviously either took work off or do not have a life, are only in the mid to upper 20s.
This is one game, that powerleveling you will REALLY regret. Most of the population for scenarios and open RVR won't hit the 30s for another 4-6 weeks.

I completely agree. I powerlevelled my way up to tier 2 before most of my guild (or server) were every passed 10. I really regret that now, because my RR rank is much lower than it could've been cause I had nothing to do but play PvE while waiting for everyone to catch up.

Never underestimate the ability of powergaming.
No life.

Oh yeah, we heard this plenty of times...
How much do you want to bet that character is being run by a gold selling company?
Wasn't the level limit 20 on head start? Just like in beta/pw?
Means nothing.
As they will find out when they go up against a crew that has full Renown Gear, and experience working together.
headstart has no caps. It's technically released on headstart so it would suck if they capped it.
Yeah, so I decided to run the same check on my current server, Badlands. The highest is a 26, as of right before the server maintenance/cloning.

Oops.
