2nd day and still "authentication failed"

I got warhhammer 2 days ago and waited a day to be able to register it to a account then it gives me the same old crap the beta gave me the last few days where itll always say "Authentication failed. Please re-enter your login credentials." when logging into patcher even though I put in everything perfectly with no caps... i did a clean reinstall with the disc that came with the game but same shit happens wtf is this crap

I believe when you make your account, you make a master account at mythic, and a game account, make sure you're using the right one.

If you are using the Master Account ID & password that you use to Log into your Account at accounts.eamythic.com then youre using the WRONG LOGIN ID & Password.
When you created your master account you HAD to create a "GAME ACCOUNT" Login & Password then fill in what game it is & apply codes to etc. THIS is your Login ID & Password for logging into the game. The Account system & GAme System logins are completely seperate (which is totally genius if someoen stills your game account info they dnot have access to your sensitive account information).
You may also want to reset your password connected to the WAR account on that sight... I know you just created it but several of us have had to do that in order to log in at all.
Also if you are on a head start and haven't registered the actual retail code you may not be able to log in right now. They have extended the dates for some of the preorders but i still can't log in yet today even though I fall into the catagory of those extended.
thats strange cause when i logged in to master account and registered my cdkey i never had to make another "game account"... either way if i did make a game account without noticing i would make it exactly like my master account so wtf.. also i made my account like 2 weeks ago or whenever the open beta started and i got one of those 10k keys cause god forbid the store i ordered CE from send me a beta key
Yep, Mythic is mirroring what NCSoft did with Master Accounts. More secure that way and less of a risk for users to have stolen if you use a different login to enter payment information. Once you get into your master account you should see your username and able to change the password from there once you do.
this is stuff on my account and theres no mention of game account anywhere... i use noscript and adblock plus addons with firefox but allowed the site for javascript but would i somehow not make the game account
seriously this is really gay, they make everything about this game a clone of WoW then they just have to put their dick in and fuck up everything they make that WoW didnt do like this shitty account "security"... great its really secure now no one can use it even me... I probably thought it was that first/last name crap again and just put in random chars... fucking great
omg wtf i just entered my account/password for the billionth time and it just waited on the patch screen and LOGGED IN WOOOOOOOOOOT.... who knew they would actually read one of the 100 support tickets i sent them about NOT BEING ABLE TO LOGIN FOR 2 DAYS.... AND YES MY ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG THEIR DEVELOPERS JUST SUCK SO MUCH COCK THAT THEY CANT EVEN GET ACCOUNTS TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BETA OR RETAIL ACCOUNT...

I added my cdkey in 2 days ago and i retried the same account and password combo that hadnt worked for days, so yes it is there fault. ALSO.
