Ok so in the process of purchasing WAR from d2d UK, i have stumbled on some issues, so i made an account etc, then pressed download on WAR entered my billing info etc pressed confirm confirm and then there was this gray loading bar and i thought after it ends that is it, u purchase it but no, it threw me back on the page of card verifiction, so did i get billed already ? if so wheres my game etc ?

ok i processed my order 2 times and nothing happened, wtf is going on ?
Any please ? Is it possible that the info was wrong but if so why didn't it say that it was wrong.
While there are some really awesome people here at the forums that can help in most cases, this really sounds like you need to contact d2d UK.
Used D2D for the first time ever when buying WAR. Will also be the last time i use them
Had various problems with the purchase and obtaining both the headstart key and full retail key.
Support take forever to respond and then give you answers that aren't even slightly relevant to your problem. I figured using them would save me some hassle (i live 10 miles from the nearest major town with a game retailer)....I figured wrong. Finally got up and running thanks to answers in this forum.
I can only suggest creating a support ticket on the site.
Hopefully someone here will have more insight for you.
Downloads and keys are accessed through buttons next to the program you purchase. They are located on your account page...One button says "Download"..the other says "Send Info"( this sends the keys to your registered email address).
